 CPR Group’s flagship application GeoGeny will soon be making its mark in the capital of Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur, under the name of GeoGeny Asia. GeoGeny is one of Europe’s best performing integrated georelational systems, capable of optimizing emergency services. GeoGeny Asia will primarily be implemented with the Anti-Riot Corps of the Federal Police and with the city’s Fire Department.

 99 Swiss and foreign competitors are set to line up for the start of the 47th Valais International Rally on 26, 27 and 28 October. This demanding but prestigious event is one of the trials for the European Rally Championship. Over three days, teams will cover 246 km of special courses over the mountain roads and passes of the Valais. This year, the Rally is offering a new facility. Anyone with a computer terminal and Internet connection can follow the race direct, via a realtime tracking system.

Three regional French-speaking Nez rouge associations are benefiting from the latest trend in geo-positioning/geo-guidance for one month as part of a pilot project run by CPR Groupe (Suisse) SA and their telecommunications partner, sunrise. Thanks to this initial project, GeoGeny has enabled these associations to attain, to this day, an unsurpassable quality of service, allowing them to transport more people in a minimum amount of time.
With this initial pilot project in operation last summer, the two partners demonstrated the potential of the GeoGeny application, to the Montreux Town Authorities’ during the Montreux Jazz Festival. The accumulated knowledge acquired during this initial experience in the field has enabled its designers to perfect the system. This means that today they can offer one of the most efficient integrated geo-relation systems currently available on the European market.
